Fluent Commerce provides innovative technology, enabling retailers to offer their customers flexibility and convenience.
Fluent Commerce has been enabling retailers to provide a greater level of convenience for customers since 2016. Starting out in 2013 as a freight business that operated a network of pick-up and drop-off locations, the business rapidly developed software to help shop assistants handle parcel deliveries and collections. The technology soon expanded its capabilities by integrating a retailer’s physical inventory with its online stock to increase delivery options available to customers and provide tools for in-store staff to effectively manage orders.
Today, Fluent Commerce’s cloud-native solution is utilized by some of the largest retailers across Australia and the United Kingdom including; Woolworths, Target, JD Sports, Samsung, Nine West, Big W, Australia Post and French Connection.
In 2017, the business successfully raised AU $6.5 million from high profile international investors that will enable the company to invest in the development of its technology and accelerate its growth in the UK and the US.
